T-Mobile Account Builder AI Prototype
T-Mobile added a new Account Builder for those looking to switch to T-Mobile from their current carrier. It puts emphasis on coverage and lets you check both phone and Home Internet service, then build an account with the devices and services you need to make the switch. We used AI for rapid prototyping to test this updated buying flow with users for usability, clarity, and overall experience. Prototype can be viewed on both desktop and mobile.
