About Alyssa

My name is Alyssa, and I’m a designer with a strong background in UX & UI Design. I’ve been working in a variety of roles in this field for over 10 years, designing user experiences and building brands that resonate with their audience. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Media Design from the Art Institute of California - Orange County in 2007. As of late, I’ve been embracing the entrepreneurial spirit with the launch of my own business, Hydro Kitty, a CBD skincare boutique and modern apothecary.

Before launching Hydro Kitty as a side passion project, I was Senior User Experience & UI Designer at Hollar, an e-commerce value store named one of the Top 25 Technology Companies to Watch by Wall Street Journal in 2017. Previous to that, I worked in UX and UI for companies at different levels of growth including HauteLook (acquired by Nordstrom) and ShoeDazzle (acquired by TechStyle).

I hope to bring my creative expertise to businesses at all sizes in order to set them up for success and create a brand that stands out from the crowd.
